Experience |

Cohen Highley’s
Environmental Law Group has been providing legal representation and
advice to municipalities, private industry, landlords, First Nation
communities, individuals, stakeholders and lawyers on a wide variety of
environmental issues for over 20 years. Lawyers at Cohen Highley have
appeared before the Divisional and Federal Courts and various
administrative tribunals, including the Environmental Review Tribunal,
and recently were counsel at the Walkerton Water Inquiry. Our lawyers
are members of the Canadian Bar Association – Environmental Law Section,
the American Trial Lawyers' Association, and the Centre for Health,
Environment & Safety (CHES) and have given numerous
presentations regarding environmental protection legislation and due
