COHEN HIGHLEY receives FRPO's Associate Member of the Year Award for outstanding excellence in providing services to the Multi-Residential housing industry in Ontario.

The award was given out in Toronto at the Annual General Meeting of the Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO). That organization consists of property owners from all over Ontario and includes all of Ontario's largest residential landlords. 450 FRPO members were in attendance at the Achievement Awards presentation last night.

Special acknowledgement goes to Joe Hoffer, Paul Cappa and Emma Sims for their hard work and exemplary client service as well as their involvement in industry events. Paul is the Vice-President of the London Property Management Association and sits on the Landlord Tenant and Rent Control Legislative Committees at FRPO, both of which require many volunteer hours on his part. Joe chairs the Landlord Tenant legislative committee for FRPO and contributes frequently to FRPO continuing education programs and other Industry initiatives.  The entire Cohen Highley Residential Tenancies group is highly regarded at the Housing Tribunal and by their clients, for their excellent work product and their professionalism. We are pleased that they have now been recognized by Multi-Residential Housing industry for excellence in service and support of the industry.

Thanks as well to the clients who nominated us for the award and to the Firm for its financial support of industry events and our time spent helping the industry in its legislative, education and lobby efforts.
