The Personal Legal Services Group is composed of lawyers specializing in the practice of legal services in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Personal Injury Litigation, Estate Litigation, Employment Law and Pension Litigation. The lawyers involved in this group have many years of experience in handling these cases and have appeared in all levels of Court in Ontario and in the Supreme Court of Canada. As well, they are familiar with all forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Our lawyers have been involved in difficult and complex criminal matters, class actions, medical and personal injury cases, commercial cases and pension litigation. We have represented both individual clients as well as institutional clients in these various areas of litigation.  We also have a large insurance defence practice representing a number of large national and international insurance companies.
