Paralegals

Experience, innovation, efficiency

Recent changes to the Law Society Act have made it possible for Cohen Highley to provide legal services through Paralegals licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada.  The expertise and specialized experience of Cohen Highley's licensed Paralegals ensures you get quality legal services at a fraction of the cost that would be necessary if a lawyer was retained to provide the same services.  Our licensed Paralegals regularly appear before Boards, Tribunals and Provincial Courts and have a wealth of experience in advocating for our clients in relation to substantial legal matters.  We are proud of the innovation and expertise they offer to our clients in resolving disputes quickly and cost-effectively.
